Shiraz pairs well with grilled, roast and barbecued red meats, dark fruit sauces, Mexican, Turkish and Chinese spices, and smoky flavours. Yellow Label Shiraz is great with rare roast beef sandwiches, or lamb cutlets with sweet potato chips.
Deep crimson with purple hues. Aromatic red and blue fruits with subtle notes of cedar spice. Medium bodied, with generous berry fruits and subtle creamy oak to support, finishing with fine, velvety tannins.
